The procedure starts by first identifying the area of treatment. Once the target area is chosen, a plasma pen device is used to charge the air above the area to a very high temperature. When the plasma pen is placed 1mm away from the skin, the closeness between the plasma pen tip and your skin results in the formation of a “plasma arch.” This arch is a highly charged electrical current, which contains oxygen and nitrogen.
